I’m just wondering if it’s okay to omit the eggs from the berry protein porridge and instead cook and eat them fried before the porridge. If so how many can I have- 3 whole eggs?
Hi Clarissa, if you don’t want to add the egg white the two options would be either sub egg whites for 20g whey protein powder (can add into the oats or drink separately) or cook 2 eggs whites separately with tomato and spinach. Try not to eat 2-3 whole eggs as you just need the protein from the whites and not the extra fat from the yolks (the porridge already contains healthy fats). Leanne x
