    Hi Ladies,

    I was just wondering with the exercise program, do you recommend starting it from week 1 or can you jump in anywhere? I’ve joined the gym so having some programs to follow will be great. Also will we still have access to the app/program after the 8 weeks is up?

    Hi Karen,

    If you’re new to training I would recommend starting at week 1 as its a progressive program building from each week. Once you download the app and populate the program it will stay in your app as long as you have it, you just need to scroll to the dates it started.

    Thanks so much Angie! It’s been a while since training so I’ll start at week 1 and go from there. I’ll check out the app properly too so I know I’ll always have them. 😀
