Hello 🙂 Just wondering (ok maybe requesting) if there will be any info on supplements during the 12 weeks?
I find that many instagram fit/foodie people take an assortment of supplements (multi vitamin, fish oils, specific vitamins etc) and I’m wondering if there is any real science behind it
Maybe more specifically for joint/muscle use. I find that my knees, hips and back are getting sore with age and regular workouts, but is there any real benefit to all the collagen, glucosamine and everything else out there?
