I have been really full after eating the three meals. Do I need to incorporate 2 snacks or is it fine if I just stick to the 3 meals and the training nutrition when I do train? Thanks!
I answered my own question by watching the video!
Perfect! Yes eat all 3 main meals + pre and post workout each day then only add the 2 snacks if you’re still hungry xx
