    If I have pàst LLL recipes are they interchangable?

    Hi Lovely!

    They are different in terms of energy, the Nourish program is slightly more geared towards maximal results so thee Breakfasts are definitely interchangeable from last program, but the lunch and dinners are slightly less in energy. x

    Can we still use the kitchen performance recipes as snacks and keep soul foods for the weekends?

    Hi Gillian, preference is to always eat whole foods (eg. fruit, yoghurt, nuts, veggies sticks and dip etc) the majority of the time but you can add in a small amount of the baked snacks from previous rounds (performance kitchen recipes) and soul foods are included in the new nourish program also so follow these soul foods lists.
