    Hi ladies Can we still use the kitchen performance recipes as snacks and keep soul foods for the weekends? I tended to use the recipes as a late afternoon or mid evening snack and I worked well to give a little energy boost.

    Hi Gillian, I replied in the other thread for you so please see my respond when you posted there but preference is whole foods the majority of the time (even a home made loaf/cookie is still a loaf/cookie etc) but these can be used occasionally and soul foods are still in the nourish program so please check the new lists. Cheers
