    Hi Leanne,

    is it save and tasty later on to meal prep the protein porridge on Sunday for the whole week? I normally eat my breakfast at work and love to have it all prepped.

    Hi Nini, I personally only do about 3-4 days of prep at a time so things taste fresh still – I would think the oats might be soggy after 4+ days. If you want to prep for an entire week what I would recommend is to prep all the dry ingredients and just add the milk, berries and egg whites before you heat it. Or you can sub the egg whites for 15-20g protein powder and prep all of the dry ingredients with the protein powder and just add the milk & berries before heating – still saves lots of time each morning and will taste nicer after 4-7 days I would imagine.
