    Hi, I’ve checked the switch list but was hoping there was something else to add to the oats other than egg whites? I usually use almonds and protein powder. Do you have any suggestions for me. Thanks.

    Hi Debbie, sub the egg whites for 20g protein powder. Drop the almonds as the rest of the week one plan has plenty of healthy fats. Cheers, Leanne
