    Hi guys,

I know there are the snack options to choose to have for MT or AT, do you suggest anything for dessert? Or do you just have some berries and yogurt?

Also for the green smoothie can you add other greens like; celery, cucumber and kale as that is what I normally add to mine along with oats?

Last question – where it suggests almond milk with protein powder can you just have water? Also what protein powder do you suggest to use and also almond milk?

Thanks bunch, I’m so excited for the next 12 weeks:)

    Hi lovely!

You definitely have the allowance to have 2 snacks per day – so if you wanted to skip AT to have it as “dessert” then totally go for it!

If you want to add extra greens to the smoothie that’s terrific, go for it!

Replace the almond milk with 5 whole almonds + 1 cup water

The protein powder replace with choosing a protein exchange option from the list in the resources area!

    Ange 🙂

    Thanks Angie!

Sorry I noticed there were bliss balls on the snacks, is there a recipe for this? Are there any other ideas for homemade treats or not?

Also I did see some food examples on Leanne’s Instagram page that had fruit for dessert with yogurt in addition to snacks, just wanted to check that was ok to have extra?

    Sorry for all the questions:)

    Thanks

Hi lovely, I’ll jump in to answer your questions 🙂 The recipe for bliss balls is where the other recipes are kept (it’s the last recipe after the dinner ones). We will be providing home made treat recipes (one per week) so by the end of the 12 weeks, you’ll have plenty of options! There are quite a few snacks this week so try to stick to the snacks we’ve given you rather than baking too much. We don’t recommend you have extra’s after dinner (if you’ve already eaten your two snacks for the day). The meal plans on Leanne’s pages are only ideas but the way we have set this meal plan out is different – we haven’t really allowed for snacks after dinner (we want to break the habit that women eat something ‘sweet’ after dinner) – you shouldn’t be hungry after dinner. If you feel like you need something have a cup of herbal tea of a few fresh or frozen berries. The other alternative is to skip 1 snack during the day and eat this after dinner instead (so only have 1 snack during the day and have a yoghurt after dinner for example but it’s preferable you don’t eat after dinner as you shouldn’t be hungry.
