Hi Gillian, preference is to always eat whole foods (eg. fruit, yoghurt, nuts, veggies sticks and dip etc) the majority of the time but you can add in a small amount of the baked snacks from previous rounds (performance kitchen recipes) and soul foods are included in the new nourish program also so follow these soul foods lists.
