Hi there! I am wondering how macros are accounted for in this program? I mean that my macro needs might be different than someone else’s and am wondering how those differences are accounted for in this program? I notice that everyone is following the same meal plan so how can it cover our macro individuality? I am also a little concerned that there is A LOT of food for each meal. I understand that we need that for fuel if we follow the workouts properly but I am still worried that I might gain weight because of the caloric surplus that I am not accustomed to eating. I live in the US and will be starting the LLL program Nov. 5th (my first workout).
