Hi lovely!

You definitely have the allowance to have 2 snacks per day – so if you wanted to skip AT to have it as “dessert” then totally go for it!

If you want to add extra greens to the smoothie that’s terrific, go for it!

Replace the almond milk with 5 whole almonds + 1 cup water

The protein powder replace with choosing a protein exchange option from the list in the resources area!
