Yes we did address this question on Facebook already and as the week starts on a Monday, we upload the content each Friday night/ Saturday morning. This takes a considerable amount of time to do and we are not able to do this any sooner as our tech guy only works for us from Friday night. If you find this is not enough time for you, we would recommend doing a week twice then being ‘behind’ a week so you can do as you please and look through the content on a Wednesday/Thursday for example. There is no ‘right or wrong’ with the weeks and the meal plans so if you wanted to repeat a week so you are a little behind and this means you can start your prep on a Thursday, this is absolutely ok to do as well and will not actually put you ‘behind’ – it will just mean that you have 13 weeks of amazing nutrition instead of 12!
Ps. Facebook is free to join so if you feel like you’d like to be a part of the supportive community, you can create a quick profile and then delete it once the program finishes but it is entirely up to you.
