Leanne Ward is an Australian Dietitian, Nutritionist and Sports Dietitian. She has a certificate in public health, a bachelor of health sciences (majoring in nutrition), a masters of dietetics and has also completed her sports dietetics training. Leanne lives a busy, healthy and active life but honestly believes that anyone, of any age and at any stage of their life can make positive changes for a healthier and happier, future. Leanne has recently left her full time clinical job, as a specialist gastroenterology dietitian at a Brisbane based hospital, to start a premium 1:1 coaching business using her signature LEAN Gut Mind Method program. In her spare time, she also runs her successful social media pages under the name ‘The Fitness Dietitian’. These social media pages reach over 220,000 people worldwide and allow Leanne to spread her belief that women can achieve a healthy, holistic lifestyle without restrictions. Leanne has over 9 years of nutrition experience and loves nothing more then seeing her clients thrive using wholefoods to nourish and fuel their bodies.
Angie Clark holds a degree in Exercise Physiology and a Masters in Nutrition & Dietetics. She is an Accredited Sports Dietitian with a specialty in elite physique transformation and has work directly with celebrity transformations and many athletes entering in the sports of natural body building, fitness, figure and bikini modelling contests. She is involved extensively in meal plan development, sports nutrition presentations and performance cooking workshops for numerous Challenges in Brisbane and internationally.
She is the founder and director of iPerformance Nutrition – a successful sports dietetic private practice and co-owner of the functional training facility Perform360 in Brisbane, Australia. She comes with 15 years of experience but best of all she’s also an active Mum of 2 boys and loves plant-based whole food nutrition and seeing others achieve the ripple effect of great health!
