What  our LUCKY LADIES can expect each week from LLL

Below is a draft of all the AMAZING content you beautiful ladies will receive from us each week. We aim to TEACH you along the way so our program doesn’t end at 12 week, you will have all the knowledge and power to continue on with it for life (and join our maintenance community for continued support/motivation if you wish afterwards!). We say the below is a draft as we have planned content to show you week by week but if you ladies want a topic sooner, then we can move it around etc, it doesn’t need to be set in stone. We are trying to do different types of content as well to appeal to all types of learners (blog posts, videos, downloadable PDFs etc.) If there is a topic you really want to hear about and we have not listed it below, please comment in the private members forum and if there is enough people interested, we can add it in or sub it for one you ladies aren’t as interested in.
